Taurine is for the heart. Some people with Tourette's use it too.
I have used taurine for my gall bladder. It seems to correct slow bile movement and improve bile content by complexing cholesterol. This can prevent stones. I use Jarrow brand, when I take it. I take it for 6mos at a time at 1000mg a day. It is not expensive or have any negative side effects for me. I am not sure what it will do for you, however, Tulips. iherb.com is one of the most affordable sites to use to buy brand name products and also unusual things not often in stores. Many of us use them. I've used them for almost 10 yrs. At one time they were just about the only place with methylcobalamin! But now that has changes, as methyl B12 becomes more used, understood and popular. here is a monograph on it: http://healthlibrary.epnet.com/GetCo...chunkiid=21793 I think that puzzling kidney condition needs further exploration. If you are bleeding electrolytes out of damaged kidneys, you could have paresthesias in the skin as a result.
