Hi, everyone,
This is my first time on this BB although I have posted on the Braintalk board and the Neuropathy Association board. Mostly just saying hello. I'm 59 years old and have had PN mostly in my feet for almost 20 years. It started out with tingling toes and has progressed to "almost unbearable" foot pain for the last several years. My hands are beginning to be affected and I have, of course, many other related problems to deal with. I'm taking Lyrica, oxycontin and Wellbutrin (to mitigate the side effects of the Lyrica). These help some but.....well, most of you know the rest of that story. My question tonight is whether or not skin pain is a problem we nomally have with PN? The last couple of months there are times when my skin just generally hurts and burns. Is this part of the PN package? Good luck and pain relief to all, Tom |
