My thought is that your body may find its way back to normal, but it can take a long time. People who stop benzodiazepines for example, have problems for many years.
If you 'let' your body heal, by eating well, exercising as best you can, use the supplements that your body needs, maybe it will go back to a degree of normal. The more I mess with mine....the worse it gets. ![]()
