I know what you mean. They sometimes forget that we are paying them to do a job, and that we as a consumer, have the right to expect a job well done on their part. I'm so lucky that my husband is so assertive. I bring him to all my appointments.

As for the celiac without the stomach issues, the answer is no, not all people have the stomach issues. I do have thme. But am not diagnosed with Celiac. Blood work was positive, but intestinal biopsy negative. I'm still giving the gluten free diet a try for 6 months, just to see what happens. Worth a try.
