there is inflammation of the cells because cytokines are signaled to come to the damage. So antioxidants, are helpful. Grapeseed Extract Vit C (this has shown promise in preventing RSD after trauma) Lipoic acid These are examples of inflammatory suppressing supplements. There are others too.
