I have a + ANA. One of the first symptoms I had was what I thought was shin splints. They are treating me with IVIG which I think keeps me from progressing quickly, but, hasn't been miraculous. Beats nothing I guess.

My next question is do you have dry eyes, and other autonomic symptoms?

Hey. The doctor thought I had shin splints for years and I keep telling him that was crazy. I did not hurt (injure) my shins. Plus, shin splints only last a couple of weeks. I finally made it to the neurologist. No, I do not have dry eyes or other symptoms. What exactly do you have? OR do you know for sure?
