I used to take Elavil for my bladder disease, but when I tried to use it for the neuropathy I couldn't get on it fast enough to get to a dose that worked, because I'm so sensitive to side effects. But I may have to try again. My Dr. suggested combining it with the Lyrica.

I forgot about Elavil, I did read a while ago that it can be used in combination with Lyrica and I believe Gab. too, better idea than keep upping Lyrica and Gab. If I need to go up again, I am going to mention this.

Also, Cymbalta is supposed to help some nerve pain, not sure if it is as good as Elavil though. I know it is good for depression though, it helped me a lot in that area.

Cymbalta and Lyrica are supposed to be very good together for nerve pain. In my Erythromelalgia group most people are on that combo. Alot of them have neuropathy too. They say its a lifesaver.
