Ulnar Neuropathy -- Treatment? Experience with it?

Default Ulnar Neuropathy -- Treatment? Experience with it?
Was just diagnosed with a case of ulnar neuropathy. An EMG indicated.

Anyone treat this with success? How did you eliminate the problem?

I've had severe elbow pain for three weeks and have been taking 1800mg of Neurontin daily. The Neurontin helps take the edge off but it still hurts and has me avoiding certain movements (i.e. bending my arm).

Wondering if there is specific therapy for ulnar neuropathy. I've heard of "nerve glides."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
