The short answer is: Start reading. There's a LOT of good information, links, experience, and advice on this site going back years from people like us - the sufferers. No guarantees, but probably/possibly better answers/info than you may get from your docs.

Do you have a specific dx?
Do you know the specific cause or is it "idiopathic"?
Tried any other meds, supplements, therapies, treatments?
