Default Paraneoplastic Panel.........

I just got the all negative results on para panel........

Question for the Gurus:

I realize this means cancer is not causing my symptoms, but........

Does this mean I don't have cancer?

Hope this question makes sence, it does to me......

Thanks in advance, I know I can always count on you people to help!
