LOL...I'm sorry Rrae, but laughing with you. The DEMON FOOD that found its way into our house is dark roasted, chocolate-covered coffee beans! No messy grounds, no filter, no pot...Talk about circumventing the whole process and shooting that sugar and caffeine straight down the old pie hole!

Mrs D it sounds like you have a plan and set goals. I know you will accomplish. So do you think if I cut down on the sugar I will swell less? Do people with diabetes swell? Overall I need to get a grip because I am heading towards more health problems if not.

Yes, the sugar is very bad for you. Swelling is only one of the horrible consequences of it!
