Default question about sensory nerves

I was wondering if sensory nerves ever grow back? I gave myself a concussion when I was 19, and waited two years to go to a neurologist... because my regular doctor thought I was imagining my symptoms. Anyway I was treated for Neuritis for a few years and am fine now ...except for a lot of diminished feeling on my right side. Can't feel my reflexes, or some of my muscles when I exercise. My neurologist told me there's no nerve damage though.

What testing did your neurologist do? How old are you now? I am not sure about growth. I would go for another opinion though.

I had an...MRI I think it was, and more than one nerve test where the doctor put the pins or whatever in my hands and feet. Basically my nerves were moving too fast and I had also lost a bit of the nerve coating...so that's what I was treated for.
I'm 27 now.
Even if I did get a second opinion I don't think they'd be able to do anything about the loss of feeling in part of my arm and leg, huh? I mean I wish they could.
