Default a good night's sleep

a good night's sleep is crucial. the only thing that helps me is an elavil/amitryptiline. once you're out the mattress wopn't matter. the only problem is waking up in excruciating pain after being in one position for so long. i have a traditoinal pillow top box spring mattress that gives me an hbour of rest on either side or back but never more than that. i've heard tempur pedics sleep really hot, but,... hang in there and try meds to sleep.
