Is it 'bad' to use too much epsom salts in bath?

Default Mineral Springs?
Have any of you tried those natural 'mineral springs' that you find in the higher elevations...... such as 'Steamboat Springs, Colorado' ?

Some people swear by them and travel long distances to get to them.
I wonder if these are nature's luxeries and if magnesium salts is the main
'magic' within?

Hoping to get MrsD's take on this ......
