Mrs. D

The video is great. I have read many articles about HFCS, but this put it all into perspective...and in terms easy to understand. He does a wonderful job explaining every point.

I've already distro'd this to several people.

Thanks

Whatever it is, the good news is that you have caught this early. Glad to hear you did not start taking the drugs. I suggest you avoid them as long as you can and treat this with lifestyle changes--nutrition, exercise, and stress management--basically a healing lifestyle. It seems very few Drs are educated about such crazy ideas. Look up Dr. Dean Ornish and Dr. Andrew Weil for example.

Thank you!

I read nothing but bad stuff about all the neuro drugs and just wouldn't do it!

I am very familiar with Dr Weil and take a few of his supplements. I consider myself very lucky in that I have taken control of my issue at an early stage. It looks like I will be preventing some other nasty disorders in the process....all around a good thing.

I just got my MRI results back and met with my Neurologist. Time and therapy will tell...but I believe I received good news. I have a couple fo bulging disks...most likely the cause of my feet issues. THe Dr told me...you do not have pn. YAY!

Of course...my podiatrist told me I do have pn....gave me a handful of gabapentin and sent me on my not-so-merry way!

I'm still going to hang around here...I have gained invaluable insight about nutrition, supplements and self-care here.
