Is there a typical timeline for a flare? I thought I was getting better and I have on and off days but my whiplash pain seems to have come back and with it a painful PN flare. when the whiplah settled so did the flare though I did have residual allodynia all over even though flare subsided.
I am on vitamin C, fishoil, and grapeseed. I also take voltren and panadol. What else can I do? The whiplash brought on the pn flare as I mentioned in earlier post. Thank you PS. Is a flare an aggrivation of the nerves, or is more damage being done?? |
