Welcome to NeuroTalk:

I think you should get your actual number for the B12 test and report it here. US testing ranges include a very low number as "normal", so it would not be flagged. Doctors typically don't know this, and many people walk around "normal" who can be helped!

I'd also get a Vitamin D test.

Were you tested for the cryoglobulins and MGUS? If not, I'd get that done too.

This is the testing list Dr. Latov uses to diagnose PN.

What testing did you have for diabetes?
Did you have a fasting INSULIN? a long GTT test?

Some impaired glucose tolerance sneaks thru as "normal" with somewhat normal fasting testing. But the long GTT will show dips at 2hrs+ which indicate insulin resistance. Many PNs start at this stage, before full blown diabetes is visible.

Do you know your A1C?

Off topic...I see you like hummingbirds? We have a thread to cams to them on our Pets forum:

There is typically some drama at Phoebe's nest. This past week was an example.
