What about one of these?

I watched the segment live about a week ago and they had this guy on bbc being interviewed with this amazing hand. He demonstrated it could do all the basics of a real hand including strength / touch.

The guy had a big grin on his face when he spun his hand 360deg.
Seriously it was very cool
