Default Caffeine

I drank about 240mg of caffeine today and my symptoms are acting up again......Could it be the caffeine ??? IDK weird, I drink that much everyday for the past 2 years in my workouts??? Maybe then phendrametrazine??? Been taking that for 4 months. I haven't drank since Sunday so I don't see why my symptoms are getting bad again........

Lightbulb

The only way to tell for sure is avoiding the substance you think is triggering you, for 2 weeks and then reintroduce it. Try to keep everything else, the same so you can see clearly what happens.

Sometimes a trigger may be delayed a day or two, and will not be instantaneous.
