Hey guys. sensitive info here but we are all adults....
So, I am trying to aid the regeneration of the peripheral nerves in my groin (penis) from an injury at around 1 1/2 years ago. I am looking for suggestions on the best most hardcore supplement regimen I should be using to tackle regeneration from all angles. Please help me with any suggestions. Right now I am taking: R-lipoic acid : 300 mg ALA/ALC- 500/150 mg b6: 75 mg b12: 5 mg Magnesium: 400 mg flax oil: 2 tlbs What else what else? |
