What I have is something that falls into remission only to step up and bite harder next time. If Im honest , reality is this stuff has progressed 1000% since my tingled toes Im back in the big time burn zone again... |

Things that make me flare would include lack of sleep, lack of exercise, bad diet, mood, weather changes, to much caffeine, to much sugar. I due expect flares but conditioning has help me deal so much better with them.
