The R-lipoic is running me $7.00 a month, the carnitine a bit less but I only take a low dose, and you would need at least 2 grams a day, and CoQ-10 with good absorption 300mg a day is pretty expensive too.
You could be spending $50/month or more for these 3.

I picked those up 3 days ago after reading the info you provided and also from info given to me by a health care professional I know. The CoQ-10 is the breaker. I should start looking for the 2 for 1 sales. Greens Plus runs about $40 per bottle which lasts 1 month.
