You are the Goddess of Smartness. I had been thinking about increasing the dose, as I seem to have a problem maintaining a level wnl. I have always been a believer in the importance of fueling our systems. I was fortunate to have a NP who started me on B12 because my MCV wa elevated even tho' my B12 level was 583. She even told me to get sublingual.
