Have you seen an orthopedic md? Had MRI of lumbar area?

You really need another medical opinion.

Did you put the Lidoderms on the lower end of the small of your back?

If you have tendon issues, arthritis in the joint, some misalignment, etc...this needs to be evaluated. Doctors can inject steroids into the hip if this is inflammatory after evaluation.

If I were you I'd be getting another opinion.

I am sorry and can relate a lot. You stated you have seen a pain doctor but have you thought of going to another one? I have had to see a couple and though very confusing each one suggested a different type of treatment or med. I am very cautious but sometimes it is about finding the right treatment for relief. If you can find one that works with neuropathy etc a lot that can help. Often ER doctors are just not familiar with chronic conditions like this. Hope you feel better

I started using this one 6 months ago and it works for me although I take Methadone for overall PN pain.
