I have a question. Has anyone experienced symptoms that include issues with the hands and mouth, stomach nausea and an overall feeling of weakness and just feeling off?

People allergic to some food often have symptoms around the mouth and lips.
Gluten intolerance can cause PN symptoms, and other gastric problems including the mouth. There is also a rash with it but not everyone gets that. You need to see a doctor and get evaluated for thyroid, allergy, diabetes, and gluten issues to know for sure. PN is often a "secondary" problem, based on the primary one which if identified and treated, the PN gets better in most cases. Tingling around the mouth/lips also occurs in calcium metabolism problems. Low calcium from low vitamin D intake will present like that too.
