Recently I had back spasms every second all night long. It was strange because they would move to different places, bouncing around, and not just on my back. Sometimes it was shoulders and face. Luckily the next day they had completely vanished.

I don't know why they came or left. Perhaps the pure magnesium chloride I have every day did the trick. MgCl is extremely powerful and 30-minute soaks can work wonders. They can help for therapy or regular maintenance.
