Default Addressing the Burning Heat..

I have gone thru phases of this and those ice paks are soo cold they seem to make things hurt more!

I use one of those little travel spray-bottles and spritz the affected areas...then let evaporation do the cooling. It's not great but it helps...not too extreme either way. It is a cheap and easy fix should it work for you.
