I have gone thru phases of this and those ice paks are soo cold they seem to make things hurt more!
I use one of those little travel spray-bottles and spritz the affected areas...then let evaporation do the cooling. It's not great but it helps...not too extreme either way. It is a cheap and easy fix should it work for you. Hope this helps. - j |

with menthol containing rubs is more productive and easier to control.
I use Biofreeze alot in the summer (3.5% menthol). In winter I don't need it much. I have never met a person who didn't like Biofreeze. It has a huge following. Not sold in stores however. You can find it on the net now, independent of a PT or chiro. (these used to be the only sources).
