Lightbulb I think cooling
with menthol containing rubs is more productive and easier to control.

I use Biofreeze alot in the summer (3.5% menthol). In winter I don't need it
much.

I have never met a person who didn't like Biofreeze. It has a huge following.
Not sold in stores however. You can find it on the net now, independent of
a PT or chiro. (these used to be the only sources).
