I personally recommend Cayenne ( Capsaicin active ingredient) for improvement of blood circulation. I take one pill with each meal a day. Don't take without food! You will get bad heart burn.

Capsaicin acts to reduce platelet stickiness. It also helps with poor circulation, heart disease, pain, sore throat and headaches.

Cayenne is considered as an excellent blood circulation stimulant. Much better than milk thistle. Cayenne increases your blood circulation very quicly after taking it.

It has helped me with my circulation issues. Also my cholesterol levels are excellent which I credit cayenne to some extent. That, a few other beneficial supplements and a healthier life style. My wife takes it too. She has vestibular migraines and cayenne has aided her with her frequent headaches.

There is plenty of information on the web that you can check out for yourself on cayenne. Good luck.
