Not only is Crestor the strongest, it is also the most toxic.
Some people genetically cannot metabolize it well...either and require doses of 5mg.

Fish oil does not do much for LDL's, but it will lower triglycerides and raise HDLs. Krill oil is similar only better absorbed, and therefore less is needed so the capsules are smaller.

I take 2 Krill oil a day.
