I purchased a bottle of Biofreeze on amazon.com. The retailer was ShopMedical Supply. The item was damaged in shipping and I refused delivery. ShopMedicalSupply assured me that they would refund the purchase. Three months later, they have informed me that they have no intention of refunding anything, and that I can take the matter up with amazon.com if I don't like it. My credit card company is now looking into it.

ShopMedicalSupply are snotty, deceptive people. Avoid them.
