That's it...Alodyna. Thanks so much.

Mine is 24/7 on both legs now. However, not to the point of being unable to touch. Just really annoying and somewhat uncomfortable when i touch my leg, like to put lotion on, etc.

It has even started in small areas above the knee (on the back side), so I'm wondering if it's slowly progressing.

I'll get some magnesium lotion to see if it helps. Is this the lotion I've seen posts for that you get from CVS?

CVS has discontinued it. But some stores still have some.
Call ahead to see.

Epsom-it is a good alternative. This one site is affordable.

Epsom-it is sold at many places online, but some are quite expensive.
Also on Ebay.

The ingredient list is slightly different between the foot lotion and
body lotion. The methylsalicylate is a pain reliever for muscle/joint pain.(a form of aspirin).
The foot lotion does not have this in it.

The CVS product is fragrance free and has no dyes in it.

Sorry for both if your struggles. Baths help me in general for me especially in flares.
Mrs D when she stated about ingredients I am very sensitive to smells and certain lotions so you may want to look at that too. Not that it makes a 100 percent difference but it does not add comfort. I know some who are more extreme too.
Hope you find what helps you

I see CVS has an anti-itch lotion which is like Sarna brand name. It is fragrance free.

It does help a little. I don't even like to wear pants as my legs are so sensitive. I wear dresses but that is problem in the cold winter months. I find gaucho pants are more comfortable as the seams and material are not so close to body.
