Lightbulb

Really B12 is not absorbed in the stomach, but in the intestine.
Do you drink water with it?

1mg is a tiny amount, about the size of a few grains of sugar.
All the rest of the pill is filler.

I did drink water with it. Could it be interacting with my other meds? I take Clonazepam at 7am and took the B12 at 8am. Would it help to take the B12 before the Clonazepam?
