Low magnesium is also a culprit.

A side note.... when you hyperventilate (under stress), you change the pH of the blood and then paresthesias occur (odd sensations). This may be worse if you are borderline for some deficiency or pre-diabetic.
Thank you, that is EXCELLENT information. I just started taking B-12 (2,000), D-3 (1,000) and Magnesium (500). I will be speaking to my doc tomorrow I imagine about my MRI. And will mention all of this, he is a very open guy. I am a carb-a-holic and sugar junkie BTW.

The tech showed me all my images and even gave me a CD to bring home, I am no radiologist, but it all looks good to me. I didn't see anything that looked like it didn't belong there (tumor or mass) and I didn't see any spots (lesions or spots) on the images with contrast.
