Wisest Elder Ever

Welcome to NeuroTalk:
Well, first thing I'd do since you have recently had surgery is take 1000mg of Vit c a day. There are several studies in UK about preventing RSD (a form of neuropathy) that occurs after surgery or trauma to the foot or wrist. This has to be for 2 months. It will speed the healing as well. All in one products are not really a good idea. They rarely have useful doses for everyone, and some even have useless things mixed with one or two useful ones. I suggest you look at the information in our subforum to get an idea of what to do. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum119.html Do you know what is causing your compression? Is it diabetes? Or a thyroid problem?
