Wisest Elder Ever

There is a thing that happens to some older people. The H2 antagonists, like Zantac, Pepcid can cause CNS symptoms of headache and/or delirium in the elderly. This is often dose dependent, however.
It has to do with crossing the blood brain barrier which sometimes erodes in the elderly.
