My blood results all showed normal.
Except haemoglobin, which is borderline low as usual. Getting a blood test to see if l am the Thalassemia. Even if l do there is nothing that can be done about it anyway.

But these are my B12 results: 510 pmol/L
B1 results: 65 ug/L
serum magnesium: 1.0 mmol/L
Glucose:4.9 mmol/L
zinc: 13 umol/L

Do you think l need to take in my Vitamin B1 or B12?
