Default Insect or mosquitto bites

Since moving to a warmer climate a year ago, l have been bitten many times by mosquitto's and other insects. I am always scratching. Now the weather has cooled down a bit, so it will be less. My legs are very scared from the bites.
But is it possible that this can cause PN?
