Most of you know about my case of prediabetes causing my PN, but for the newbies, just by a proper healthy diet [ lots low GI foods ], some good cardio exercises, & supplements Multi B, B 12 & vit C & drink plenty of water has reversed my PN nearly completely over a 3 year spam, i can't say completely yet as i get a very slight burn once in a blue moon.
This thread interests me because over the time i had been at the old Brain Talk, i often seen posts that were from people that were not classed as having either pre or full diabetes yet they say they would get extra burning after a decent amount of sugary foods, which use to make me wonder how much does sugar contribute to anyones PN, i guess the only way to find out is to try a sugar free diet for a decent amount of time & combined with some sort of manageable cardio exercises[ that your doc says is ok to do ] & see how your symptoms react, i'm sure it wouldn't do anyone any harm anyway.
