Default Positive P-anca??

Hi
Was reading some older posts and it was mentioned that somebody had a positive ANCA test.

All my blood tests have come back normal except P-anca.
My MPO antibodies was negative, all my inflammation markers negative and my autoimmune markers all normal.

Would this kind of result be called Atypical P-anca pattern?

Have been doing extensive research and am finding it really hard to try and find much information on just what positive P-anca alone actually means.

Would really love to know if anyone can shed some light on this it would be great.

Sue
