You might also want to use CoQ10. I use the ones you ordered and many more.
Make sure the B12 is a good level, vit D also. Diet is at least half of it also. ![]()

Yah. These are just new additions. My daily supplementation includes Co-Q10, Fish Oil, MSM, vitamin D. My blood work for B12 is normal, but from what I've read here it needs to be higher. I went a bought a 1,000 mcg sublingual version and then, doh, I read here get the 5,000 mcg. Ah well. Live and learn, and use what I've already got. |
