Is this related to this thread or do you need to start a new one? I gave Rebuilder a pretty good try but did not see any improvement. That doesn't mean you will not.

Lightbulb

There are many many rebuilder posts on this forum...6 yrs worth.

Just use the search engine, in my signature to find them.

I saw the re-builder mentioned in the post, but I'll just go ahead and search it. Thanks for your response

Default listen to podcasts while doing neuropathy exercises

Even though this is an old post, I feel like throwing in my two cents.

I find I like to listen to his podcasts while doing my neuropathy exercises. It gives me a boost and makes me feel like I am really taking charge of my situation. I probably wouldn't do either, or do them less, if I didn't do them together.

He says some really intelligent things that seem to ring true for me that really shows me he knows his medicine.

On the other hand, I think his website, does him a slight disservice. His actual content is good but it is wrapped in a slightly too salesy-cheasy wrapping which makes him look like his is trying to hard to get your business which makes one skeptical ... i.e. most traditional respected medical professionals don't have to sell to build a reputation.

In saying this however, most of the classical "school" medical professionals aren't helping the general population as much by taking the time to write articles and make podcasts available for the general public to read. Also, most traditional medical professional aren't taking the time, or thinking outside the pharamaceutical box enough, to give us medical information on how we can do a range of things for our condition besides taking a pain pill.

So all in all I am grateful for his service, find it helpful and haven't come across many other medical professionals who are offering this type of info for free on the web.

If anyone else knows of other sites like this one, please let me know.

Natalie.

I completely agree with you Natalie. Great username by the way. The site is very commercial. Dr. Hayes not only has his own practice, but he apparently trains other doctors in the NeuropathyDR way (or somebody does). But there is a lot of good info in the podcasts, and he does not come across as trying to sell something, other than the short commercials. That is a great idea to listen to them while you exercise.

The re builder was mentioned in THIS post. Why are some so offended by such little things.

Karen, I have thought about trying a rebuilder myself.

Electron, read the very first post maybe you missed it.
