I tested positive for arsenic poisoning the day after having Chinese food (at a restaurant). The doctor said that was actually pretty common. You might want to look into heavy metal chelation (Dmsa, or iv or suppository EDTA) if stuff like diabetes can be ruled out.

Between then and now, get on some good nerve repairing vitamins, natural vitamin E and acetyl l carnitine are good ones to start with.
