i used to get exactly the same thing last year. My dizziness use to go on for a few weeks at at time. It was actually more like floating. Had MRI and everything was normal. My Neurologist said l had migraines.
But l do think for me, it has more something to do with PN.

Last year l had 3 dizziness attacks, and its now been a year and l haven't had it since then, so l am so very happy. It just went away, but there are still days where l kind of feel like l have an out of body experience, l just try to stay relaxed and take good care of myself.

My doctor also originally thought it was vestibular then l thought l had meniers disease, but actually l think l may have something else altogether.

You just have to keep researching like you and you will find more and more answers.
