Default Dizzy with pn?

Hi there,

Have no dx yet but reading on here, it seems my symptoms closely match PN - started with pins & needles/numb spots in feet and legs - this eventually eased off but then moved to hands & fingers. Just when I thought things were improving I have been feeling a bit dizzy/spaced out today. I'm ok laying on the sofa but when I walk around I definitely feel slightly off balance. Is this a symptom of PN or could it be something else?

I'm on Naproxen for backache and taking multi vits with iron +b complex but no other meds.

Appt with neuro at the end of next week.

Luckily I'm on holiday til sept but I feel like I'm wasting the summer sitting around feeling sorry for myself.
