Hey ya'll.

Well I am happy to report I am now 2.5 years post vax and I am back to normal.

My disappointing flare I had late last year was the last one I have had and it dissipated in ~45 days.

I am finally feeling back to normal.

Fish Oil is for antiinflamatory and the D3 has been shown to have a protective effect against MS (plus it is a good substitute for sun exposure, I work at home and not outside).

Trust me in my dark days I was freaking out and I was trying anything.

D3 is the recommended form of Vitamin D as its closest to the natural form of Vit D. It should be in a gel cap and not a hard pill.

Hi there, I've found your posts really helpful to my recent situation with muscle twitching starting in my feet that have ascended to my entire body after receiving the post-exposure rabies vaccines. How are your symptoms now and how long before the muscle twitching you experienced subsided?

Default Hello htx gal

ATX_Man's posts were extremely helpful and on point. They were also a great help to me. He hasn't posted since 10/29/15. Most people seem to drop off the thread when they are well "Out of the Woods" so to speak. It would be reassuring to know how everyone is doing 5,10,even 20 years down the road after treatment. All the best with your course of recovery!
