Try this diagnosis:

Doctor Neurojerk to Cathie: Well, Cathie, My opinion is that you hurt because you are ANXIOUS.... This little pill will help you sleep better and I am sure your pain will improve... Patting patient on head...

Cathie to Dr. Neurojerk: ANXIOUS??? ANXIOUS to get out of here (before I call you by the name I am thinking or smack the crap out of you...) Grrr...
