I don't know if I am the same as you guys as my neuropathy symptoms seem to be caused by medication but for me it seems that the nerves have been stimulated by walking, etc. during the day and by evening they are very crabby. It seemed like they were hyperstimulated from normal use and I had symprtoms, shooting pains, etc. from that.
