This thread got started about reducing inflammatory pain, and then drifted (as threads are wont to do). I don't recall (but I may have missed something) anything pertaining directly to PN (indirectly perhaps?)
You might try googling: n-acetylcysteine dosage to get an idea/feel for how much to try, or consult your doctor. Doc

I don't see an actual study on PubMed either. There is some hinting around about using NAC along with NSAIDs for inflammatory control. The mechanism that NAC uses to help with tylenol toxicity is rather specific. The chemistry of NSAIDs is very different.
